Start on real engineering work
Internships are structured around real product components or engineering problems, not generic office work.
At E Lab, engineers work on real products under real operating constraints. Depending on the product stage, the work may move between circuits, firmware, sensors, test benches, production, field debugging, and data.
A junior engineer should expect to touch real product work early. That may mean testing a sensor, tracing a board fault, writing firmware for a valve or meter, preparing a production test, or investigating why a field device behaved differently from the lab unit.
